  Mick did a great job helping me in the print center . It’s apparent she knows what she is doing and is good at her job. To start she was very patient with my several failed attempts to email the documents for printing. Finally it went thru (with her help). I was sleep deprived ——operator error. I had an idea for laminating a card and asked her opinion on where to punch a hole in to so to attach a clip. She told me where she thought it looked best courteously disagreeing with my opinion. Im grateful she was confident enough to give her honest opinion because she was absolutely right. It looks awesome! Great job Muck. I appreciate your help!

  I have a contract with the tech department of Staples. I have had to ask them for help twice when I got a virus or malware on my laptop. Each time, they were courteous, fast, and professional.

  Manager was super rude to me and wouldn’t let me speak while I was trying to get a situation resolved. She just kept talking over me. There was no solution offered for the issue.

  A store was very clean and hospitable and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The cashier was very helpful and positive. I would definitely recommend it.
