- KKKatelynJan 31, 20243.0Halls, TN USPS **Update** As of now, we seem to have come to a compromise regarding this issue. Packages delivered soaking wet on several occasions, to the point the boxes have completely fallen apart. Have also had packages jammed into my mailbox, once the package was about 1/3 of the way in and the rest was sticking out over the roadway. The carrier drives an uncovered single cab truck (I have a video of his truck on my security camera and it does not have a bed cover on the truck) I contacted USPS and the resolution provided was for me to come pickup my packages at the post office (8:30am-4:30pm) when there is a chance of rain. I work 20 minutes away (8:00am/8:30am-5:30pm/7:00pm..or later) Update: the solution of me paying for a PO Box is the next option. When the lady in the black Jeep was delivering my packages I had no issues, even when it was storming like crazy!

Excuses I get is that my mail was held up in Memphis or that my neighbor had a dog that prevented mail from being delivered. My neighbor doesn't have a dog. Did not use to have these issues with our old mail carrier.
