  Traveled 40 minutes to closest drop off for a blanket that required no box or packaging. The male person working told me I had to vacuum pack it. He seemed to enjoy refusing to ship it back. He should not have this job. Monday Dec. 29th. I don’t have a vacuum packer.

  I went to this UPS store to send out a gift for Christmas. I didn’t need it delivered asap. The male employee told me that it would cost $30 to send out a canvas bag and a card by Friday using UPS. His employee number that’s on my receipt is 348856. He told me that if I send out the gift with USPS ground shipping, it would cost $12, but there’s no guarantee that it will be delivered and might get lost. I asked why. He said UPS is more reliable. He mentioned something about the “scamdemic” and how things have been stolen and gotten lost in the mail with USPS since Covid. He also said that a drug dealer could steal my mail. Realistically, anything can get lost in the mail regardless of what mailing service that you use. Also, I’m not sure who he was referring to, but it’s incredibly rude to assume that a mail carrier or postal employee could be a drug dealer, especially since they are federal employees. Regardless of who he was talking about, I don’t want to hear that my mail could get stolen by a drug dealer just because I decide to use a different mailing service. I understand that it’s a business, and he was trying to make a sale. However, I think it’s very inappropriate to talk to a customer like this. I felt as if he was scaring me into using UPS over USPS. I ended up choosing to send my package with USPS. I’m very offended. It was my mistake to come to this UPS store. I’ll never go here or use any UPS service ever again. I’ll use USPS or Fed Ex instead

  Employees are always friendly and happy to help with whatever we need, plus the price of shipping is much less than other companies. This is my GO TO store! Great job y'all!
