I came in to make a return and Jaye was the employee that I was working with. He was very pleasant, respectful, and even took ownership of my mistake when I gave him the same QR code to scan. After leaving the building and noticing on my receipt that there was only one item I called the store and asked to speak with him and explained what happened and let him know I would be returning. He first welcomed me back into the store with a smile, and warm greeting. Although the interaction was short it made a lasting impact. After leaving the second time I called back to the store and asked to speak with a manager to provide Jaye a compliment only to find out he was the manager. Jaye, if you see this, I appreciated the professionalism and sense of humor. Businesses need more people like you.
