- ABAustin BMar 30, 20261.0Always insanely crowded with usually just 1 person at the counter. Any issue you have with mail they direct you to the 1-800-ask-usps number which is just a poorly programed robot and the biggest waste of time I can currently think of. Zero ways to speak to a real person and no way to contact anyone about the issues with their service or their means to get customer support. It would honestly would be less hassle to just go deliver whatever it is yourself

I figured id go back out and do self service to ship it. The guy working was amazing. Didn't even ask. Got the information and took the package for me. He was very friendly and efficient. Happy to see good service here.
- WWWarhammer40k_fanMar 18, 20262.0I didn't appreciate it that the two lady criticize me for not knowing how to deliver mail first of all I never had to at a point where I have to mail something usually I will show up or email them or call them or text it was honestly my first time doing it and I can hear them criticizing me all because I got the address wrong that's not professional you should have your opinion while I was gone instead of just doing it behind my back Also I would like to mention dating anybody to correct me maybe it's not part of the job but I'm sending the important document and the last thing I want is to delete it is it too much to ask for them to point out okay the way how you do it you got it wrong and wouldn't be an issue
