- SMsadie mcdadeSep 27, 20255.0This is my FAVORITE post office. I have never been met with anything other than absolutely delightful customer service. Every single individual who works here greets you with a smile and patience. Even if the line gets a bit long, they’re more than happy to give each customer the time and attention they need. I will always go out of my way to go here for any of my mail needs. We mailed all of our wedding invitations from this post office as well as mailing off important documents like passports and wedding certificates. TRULY THE BEST!!

- NNNidalAug 1, 20251.0The old lady with the white hair is rude. I’m just now leaving the location. It’s Friday….2pm. I would give her 0 stars if I could for her nasty attitude. I had to ask if they had any large envelopes & with the rudest tone (and I think she was showing off because there was two other people there) she says “go stand in line” and she wasn’t even helping anyone. It takes ONE second to answer a question. For her age, she should have patience and know how to talk to people. I think she told the African woman to click on the green smiley face and give them a 5 star review because when I was checking out and paying, she quickly made sure she did the rating. Why would she give a green smiley face and 5 star and NOT give me the chance to even do it? I’m the customer, it’s asking ME how I felt the service was. The old lady knew she was wrong and wanted to quickly cover up for it. But she forgot that Google reviews exist too. :) disgusting !
