- TSTerri SpearsDec 7, 20241.0The associate, Alex, @ the Germantown and Forest Hill ship location is extremely rude and disrespectful. I rarely write reviews but I’m amazed at his lack of customer service and communication. I was in to ship a package overseas, had it all boxed and informed him that it needed to go internationally. He spoke so quickly that it was hard to discern what he said. Asked to repeat himself and he spoke the zip code again- it still was quickly said and sounded incorrect so I showed him the address to make sure it wasn’t misdirected. He rattled something off again and when asked to repeat himself and slow down - he copped an attitude and said I could go to the other associate. Said he was speaking clearly and English was not his native language so he didn’t have to slow down and what was my issue. By that point I was a bit astonished and said my problem was that he immediately assumed an attitude. With that he closed his screen, dismissed me and told me to go to the other associate and walked off. Not the type of customer service one expects in this type of business. Shame on him.
