She even tried to help with an issue I was having with my phone when she seen me struggling to get a file downloaded and emailed to print. Unfortunately my phone was the issue. - MGMarc GoemansOct 19, 20251.0I was there to drop off a package and got told by the sole employee it was going to take a couple of minutes to help a group of 4 ladies sent off their chatskis. Instead of taking the items in, weighing them, pricing it and wrapping them when time permits the employee saw it fit to not ask if my 2 minute task would inconvenience the group and just proceeded with the 30 minute wrapping session. Nope, she kept yapping with the group and wasted me and my wife's time. She knew messed up because the " couple of minute job" ended up being over 30 to 40 minutes and then kept apologizing profusely. Garbage. location. Also addressing customers as sweetie is not professional.
