Why did I receive my fathers ashes busted out of the urn (that was checked prior to packing at a usps) and spread all over the bag. Careless and unforgivable. And I cant even file the claim due to the app and online not going through. Do better

Why wouldn't the form be available to fill out while folks wait in line?? This office is not efficiently organized or staffed.
