To have them to deliver to a old address even though I put my current address on my order plus u did a change of address form before moving!!! If I don't get my package I'm going to let my lawyer handle it!!!!!

I love getting his line when I go in :) I also don't come during peak hours so I've havent had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get what I needed mailed out. Be nice to our postal workers, the job is thankless and they are literally Just people trying to put food on the table like all of us! You can't get mad at one person for an outdated and overworked system they have no control over. ❤️

Why did I receive my fathers ashes busted out of the urn (that was checked prior to packing at a usps) and spread all over the bag. Careless and unforgivable. And I cant even file the claim due to the app and online not going through. Do better
