Amazing customer service. I love my PO BOX too. I can bring everything to be shipped USPS to the Freiendsville office and I’m in and out with a smile every time. Even tho it’s a little out of my way it’s always worth it.

Postal delivery from this office is beyond terrible. I have complained in person at the office several times, but that person clearly doesn't care. Today was my final straw, leading to this review.
The delivery person drove by me at my mailbox and turned down my driveway. I see her leaving 30 seconds later. Upon walking back to my house, I see no package was left. I check the tracking number and it says "delivery attempted, there was a problem". The problem was I had a service worker's truck in my driveway so the postal worker could not literally drive to my door. Instead of walking 10 feet down my sidewalk from the driveway, she kept my package..... Mind you, driving by me twice!
Last week, she folded a box in half so it would fit into my mailbox. Of course, this compression released inside the mailbox making it very hard to squeeze back out. There have been at least 5 other occasions she has apparently forgotten she had a package in her vehicle and marked it "undeliverable" once back to the post office. I would then go to the office the next day and it's out for delivery. Definitely one of the worst delivery people I have ever had in any state I've lived.
Well, that's the delivery issues, now for sending. In the almost two years I've lived in Friendsville, I have not been able to mail a letter from my box a single time! For some reason, this lady refuses to pick up mail. I have to take every letter to the post office to mail. She will continue stacking new mail on top of the outgoing.... Just crazy.
