  I had a poster printed at UPS for a project, and the quality turned out amazing. Everything was top quality, clear, vibrant, and exactly how I wanted it. Neal was especially helpful throughout the process. He made sure everything was done correctly and handled the entire order perfectly from start to finish. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  I have been coming here for years and see the same faces year after year. In fact, I pass several other printing options on my drive to this UPS because of the family-like service here. This staff will do whatever it takes for their customers. They’re fast, hard-working, and seem to truly love serving our community. We need more folks like these!

  Noelle at UPS deserves more than 5 stars. She helped me and my “walking reminder of character development” (aka my ex-husband 🤪) get some paperwork notarized, and somehow made the whole thing smooth and stress-free. We spent the entire time joking and talking smack back and forth like it was a sport, and she handled it with absolute grace. Not even a flicker of judgment—just calm, professional, and genuinely kind while keeping everything moving efficiently. Honestly, the fact that she got us in and out with everything done correctly while we were acting like that? Impressive. What should’ve been a stressful errand turned into a quick, easy, and weirdly entertaining experience. Noelle is top-tier. If you need anything notarized, she’s the one you want.

  We are a Christian-based boutique and regularly include faith-inspired designs such as a cross and the phrase “Jesus loves you” on the outside of our packages. Recently, one of our staff members dropped off packages for shipping, and the UPS employee at the desk, named Jaden, made several inappropriate comments such as “you Christians are always pushing religion on random people” and “don’t be surprised if your packages go missing.” Our customers choose to support us because of our faith-based values, and this exchange was both disrespectful and concerning. We expect professionalism and basic courtesy from all UPS staff, regardless of personal beliefs. We hope this issue is addressed appropriately so that future interactions reflect the level of respect and integrity UPS is known for.
