  This ups store is incredible! I, Jared Schlatt, personally recommend it for all of your needs. I don't know his name, but the employee who strongly resembles a sheep dog always does amazing work with my package! He is a tower. All the staff is very helpful and good! They always take their time for high quality work and to make sure the job is done. Sometimes I am stuck in the arduous line of torment but I soon recall that a store is about the accurate work and not about the fast work. I am always given a treatment that is good quality even when the store has been hit by the flood of boxes which drowns me in sorrows and chaos. The store smells of cleanliness. My amazon river has overflown with items and they are the canal of which to drain the basin. I always make sure the items are packaged according to how amazon tells me to in the return as otherwise I would create more work for my beloved sheep dog. And cost myself money. They are always thankful for this great deed and I always leave faster due to this. My mind is awoken, my sincerest praises to the store which always helps me during the deepest of trials. I also find the quaint beeping of the scan gun to be pleasing me. Especially when Sheep dog holds it.

  This is one of the the worst run businesses I have ever been in. With no offense to the young adults working there, since it is very clear that they have never been trained. I stopped in there to have 8 prints made, since I was already in this shopping center. The person at the register didn't know what to charge me and couldn't figure out how to do it. There were three people working and none of them could get these 8 prints done. They had to call the owner to ask how to do everything. My prints were 8.5 x 11 color prints on white paper, something very basic. After 15 minutes, they finally figured out how to send the digital files to the printer. I decided to pay while waiting. That was a mistake. The printer jammed and they couldn't figure out how to unjam it. Again, they had to call the owner, who recommend that I wait another 15 minutes until he got to the store. I said no, and asked for a refund. Once again, the person working at the register couldn't figure out how to do the refund, and I had to wait for someone to help him. I left and went from there to my regular UPS store on Main Street in Spring Hill. They printed the certificates in literally 3 minutes, perfectly, and charged me 30% less than the Berry Farms store did. Save your time, money and frustration level - DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Note: This same owner owns the store on Port Royal in Spring Hill.

  Staff is amazing and have nothing but great thing so say about their service. The owner has stretched himself thin. They need more workers. Printing services are not followed up with any communication. Store is overloaded with boxes and packaging. I’ve shown up twice and still haven’t begun the printing job. Our UPS back home was on top of printing. Would love them to figure it out because the location is so great!
