  Rude and disrespectful employees. Far and away the worst FedEx location I’ve ever used. Do your customers a favor and clean house at this location. Completely unprofessional and flat out rude.

  I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews. But. We were at this location today having copies made. There was a very short line a couple customers long. Yay! The man ahead of us had come back to the counter to retrieve a flash drive that contained the original project he'd needed printed. For some reason the flash drive had not been included with his printed order. When he asked for the return of his flash drive all he got was attitude from Snarky Susie (names have been changed) and then he was told to move to the side where he waited. (He never received his flash drive while we were there.) Our turn came and we needed 30 copies made. We wondered if we'd get a similar attitude. We weren't disappointed. Snarky Susie showed us her very best! When it was time to pay she relayed the total and we waited for her go-ahead to make payment. Instead she snarked, "Do you need to look at me to get my approval or something?" 🙄 Hope you encounter Professional Patricia instead of Snarky Susie next time you visit this FedEx.

  Horrible customer service from the woman behind the counter. I've been going to FedEx at Mallory Lane for years to print my manuals at the self service printers. I need the larger, heavy duty stapler to staple them which has never been a problem in the past. I went in a month ago to do my printing and when I asked for the larger stapler I was spoken to rudely and she suggested I use a clip. I assured her the larger stapler would work fine, just as it always has. I was so upset at her attitude I decided I wouldn't go back. But when it came to needing to print again, I decided maybe she was just having a bad day and I'd give it another try. Well, same thing happened. Same rude behavior when I asked for the larger stapler. This time I spoke to the manager about her attitude. I assured him I would never be back. So, bye bye, FedEx on Mallory. You just lost a loyal customer over a stapler!

  Every worker was exceptionally polite, quickly willing to help. I am so thankful for this Fed-Ex store. Lydia was one of the best! 5 ⭐️’s‼️
