I was working on an affidavit response for litigation, with multiple documents that needed to be notarized, certified, scanned, and mailed out promptly. Since these were legal documents, my bank was unable to notarize them, so I went to the The UPS Store at Williamson Square. The store was very busy, and I was feeling the pressure of the clock. Thankfully, Neal, who is a notary there, took the time to carefully review everything with me and made sure all my documents were properly notarized, scanned, and sent via certified mail. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a stressful situation much easier. While notary services at The UPS Store are not free, the peace of mind and excellent service I received were absolutely worth it. I’m incredibly grateful for Neal’s help and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of notary or certified document services.

- JBJeanne BassoJan 23, 20261.0New employees in this location. after entering my returns at the kiosk, had to look up the last return on Amazon to return and took a few minutes. system timed out and couldn’t print receipt. the person at location said they couldn’t print me a receipt but other locations have done it at the counter. my opinion is she didn’t know how and didn’t want to take the time to figure it out. What happened to good customer service… wont be using this location again. miss the employees who were here before. they were super friendly and helpful. Sad 😞
