We had a very collectible poster that we were concerned about. They took the time to wrap it in plastic inside the tube, to provide extra protection. They were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local places to visit while in town. The main gentleman came around the counter, shook our hands and opened the door for us. We left the store feeling so impressed. Today we received our packages and they had done a great job packing. I also work in a position where excellent customer service is an expectation, and this experience was absolutely top notch.

I had three books printed here, and they took such good care of me every step of the way. They worked so quickly to meet my short deadline and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly. When the spiral binding didn’t fit quite right, they didn’t hesitate to find a solution — they got binders and put everything together for me so it would look just right. They really paid attention to all the little details and put so much care into their work. This is one of the only times I’ve truly felt like a business cared about me — about helping me, making sure I was happy, and getting things right. That kind of experience is so rare these days, and it really meant a lot. If you need anything printed — or really any service at all — I highly recommend coming here. I know they’ll take just as good care of you as they did of me. Huge shoutout to the amazing employees (JP was an huge help) and whoever manages this store. You guys are truly the best! 👏👏👏
