The employee Lydia at this FedEx was hostile and angry toward me in front of my children. She refused me service and made it clear there was nobody else I could speak to, even though she wasn’t going to help me. The next day, when I called to report her, she answered again, told me the same thing, remembered me, started yelling, and hung up. In all my years — including years working in customer service myself — I have never been treated with such hostility. Her behavior over two days was so aggressive that I am now afraid to return while she is employed here, and no customer should ever feel afraid to walk into a FedEx. Lydia should be fired.
I have also filed a formal complaint with FedEx corporate so this is on record.

After printing at this location several times, I've experienced a consistent disrespectful attitude from Kelly who today looked me up and down in my business casual attire then she glanced at my black sandals. Being that I work remotely, and it's 80 degrees outside, I'm not worried about people's opinions over my footwear choice of the day. However, I do care about how I'm treated as a customer, and when I celebrated in mention today after her judgmental stares that I was getting my 2nd Masters and launching a new business as well as planning to take on a side job to help my grandad who has dementia, she somewhat rudely said "well I hope your family tells you how proud they are of you" and I said "yes they do, but when you're the leader in your family and the 1st to go to college, to get your Masters, and to start your own business, you don't need validation." It seems that this employee feels bitterly towards successful young women instead of seeing their success as inspiring. Some people see celebrating accomplishments as "bragging or fishing for validation." When I celebrate something, it's to state the facts and be clear about who I am proudly. Confident women don't need validation. Being that this employee sized me up visually and stared at me before proceeding with my payment, I felt uncomfortable and therefore felt the need to be crystal clear about my success and status. I even mentioned my wallet that I got when I lived in France and that French was my 2nd language." My advice to Kelly would be instead of comparing or sizing female customers up or acting bitterly towards them, perhaps find a new job that inspires you to be your best self and happiest self, because being bitter or rude towards happy, confident customers isn't appealing. I won't be visiting this location again and won't need to as I'm moving to California in the next week. If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. Best of luck.
