Ive ordered off Amazon and had no issues when it was others delivering mail but now my packages from usps are being sent to an old address I have no access to and cant get in touch with an actual person to look into the matter, Just automated voice ai that doesnt help at all! Very unhappy and hope things can change or the system can be improved.
