- BSBrad SmithNov 29, 20251.0Carriers refuse to deliver packages to front door. Left at mailbox at driveway entrance even in the rain. This after multiple trips to the branch in person. Postmaster will not take phone calls or return them, and will not see you in person. Ridiculous service level for packages, they just won't get out to walk it up. Mobility issues and can't see mailbox from house.
