UPDATE: Had to give up my post box... to pricey for me. That's when they changed... most were not so friendly about it. It's a shame how bad I was treated.

I live in the city and with neighbors using boxes by their door had never realized it was a problem. After speaking with them I found that it was so I sure to give them room now. I know these people have demanding jobs and I don't want to make it any harder if possible.
