- KKKayleeJan 27, 20261.0If I could give it a zero I would the new mail lady they have now is rude incompetent of doing her job refuses to ship out packages on time and if u go in she becomes rude and aggressive even called the cops on me and when he wouldn't side with her due to her bad behavior she made the officer leave and still refused to give me my package I had 2 witnesses see how she handed it to me then jerked it away and deliberately refused to give me my package even after I showed up and gave her my information! She has been reported and all need to beware of the new postal agent!

- LHLauren HMar 11, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The employee I interacted with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also surprising, especially from someone in a public-facing role. It seemed as though she had no interest in assisting customers, and her attitude made the situation worse. I believe customer service is a key part of any job, and if someone isn’t willing to provide that, they might be better suited for a role outside of direct public interaction. Very unfortunate experience. Not the first time I have come in contact with her, but this was the last straw.
