- LHLauren HMar 11, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The employee I interacted with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also surprising, especially from someone in a public-facing role. It seemed as though she had no interest in assisting customers, and her attitude made the situation worse. I believe customer service is a key part of any job, and if someone isn’t willing to provide that, they might be better suited for a role outside of direct public interaction. Very unfortunate experience. Not the first time I have come in contact with her, but this was the last straw.

Joe got to work right away, tracked it down and got it delivered to the correct address ...without any follow up! He even called me back to let me know as promised. So refreshing to deal with someone who goes above and beyond!
