- FKFinally KARMAJan 19, 20265.0I have been going to this post office for years and tbh I’ve gotten nothing but EXCELLENT service from the staff and I’ve also seen with my own eyes on several occasions the staff have to deal with a lot of very ENTITLED people from the community… it takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I went through and read some of these reviews the people that wrote them I’m NOT saying didn’t have a reason because I wasn’t there but I do know there are much more great experiences that are NOT being published on here people have learned write a bad review I can get you in trouble so they us that as a super power lol 😂 but I’ve seen ppl come into this post office unprepared, package not ready to ship, talk to the staff like it’s their fault that their package isn’t ready, hold up the line wanting the staff to tape and help them pack their packages which I Heard the staff tell them that due to policy, they are not allowed to be in their package repacking it because if something comes up missing, they’ll be able to blame the staff for theft or anything that didn’t get shipped properly. I’ve seen the person get upset with the staff because they can’t pack their package because of policy and curse them out. Call them all out of their name, etc., I would just like to say in the years that I’ve been coming here. My packages are packed. I’m doing my job. They are doing their job and they have been nothing but pleasant or as pleasant as possible to the people in our community.
