- ASAustin SmithFeb 9, 20261.0Usually the staff here are very nice and respectful, but this time was different. The woman at the front desk wasn’t listening to what I was saying, and I had to repeat myself three times before she finally understood. On top of that, carriers have now twice marked my package as undeliverable due to my driveway being “restricted,” even though it wasn’t. This experience was disappointing. USPS needs to do better.

I appreciate the input! They all work so hard there. I read a review where a woman complained that she came in right before closing with 12 packages to be shipped. Shame on her for being so rude towards the clerks who have stood on their feet ALL DAY except for maybe a quick lunch break!

- WWWindsor919Dec 8, 20251.0Had two dark haired women working the registers in the Elizabethton post ofc go off on me and threaten to ban me for little to no reason. I did come in close to quitting time but this is something that has happened only once at this location. They even made up their own rules stating that without a manifest/scan sheet they can only scan 10 packages. (I only had 12) she scanned them all of course because what she said was made up. Told her I had been doing this for 6 years and never heard of such a thing and she yelled things change! As I was leaving I said thanks so much. I really appreciate it. The heavy set girl next to her said oh I bet you do? These people define unprofessional behavior and for some reason think they can do or say whatever they want to customers when they have had a bad day. You would think they would appreciate their job a little more than this?? I think they were trying to get me to go off on them so they could act like this yelling and chaos was all my doing. Dont fall for it!! Just smile and report them after! That’s what I’m going to do.
