We don’t do a lot of Amazon returns, but, when we do and I don’t quite pack something correctly or had trouble getting the return label, we have always been helped quickly and laughed together at my silly mistakes. My returns have always gotten back to Amazon with no problems. Another plus, is they are open 7 days a week with convenient hours, and the store is kept well organized and clean. It is very apparent that the owners take pride in their business.
