- TSTeri SbrissaAug 5, 20242.0Canceled p.o. box 7/31 in person, turned in keys..had pd. 6 mo in advance - do not need..got notification that it will automatically renew 8/6 and Attempted to call customer service - after 3 minutes trying to get past ai "I think you said stamps" etc. was put on hold .. 11minutes later the person answering said I needed to speak to someone in po boxes, she'd transfer me..instead I got the main menu ai again and after saying no to what it kept 'thinking' I gave up - it was literally saying "is there anything else I can help you with" UNRESOLVED

I ordered hand printed artwork as Christmas presents this year and the mail carrier crammed the envelope into the mailbox by folding it. This also happened when my diploma was mailed to me after graduation. Luckily no damage was caused this time, but I did have to order a new diploma due to damages caused by them folding it into my mailbox. Please please please read the packages!
