Pam Rice intentionally held a $400.00 package I paid to ship to Texas. She held it for almost a week cause she has some kind of beef with me. Please put her out to pasture, she is completely useless.

Honest review, I don't know if it's USPS fault or the seller, but receiving DVD's with loose, scratched, disk sux. Not to mention it was late . if this is the worst thing that happens to me today I will be ok .

Went to the post office to mail a package on a Saturday. Web site says they close at 12pm. I got there at 11:45 am and doors were locked and closed. I was able to get someone to come to the door. They were so rude. I asked why they say they close at 12 when they close early. Didn’t say anything to me and just walked away. At all costs if you can use FedEx or UPS do it!!

Packages are never delivered on time! I have packages that were ordered before Christmas that have never arrived and when I contacted USPS they say they never received the packages.

I was here today as many times before. And as always, the customer service was top-notch. The clerks are always friendly, and I’ve never had to really wait.
