- CFChristy FowlerOct 3, 20251.0The lady with short dark hair was rude and had a bad attitude, she acted like it was a bother to her she was not helpful at all I won't use this UPS again unless I absolutely have to and I definitely won't deal with this lady I've never dealt with anyone at this location that was so rude and unhelpful most of the staff are usually polite and helpful I've never seen anyone so rude and unwilling to assist a customer!
