I came in one morning after dropping off my kids at school & brought my 3 month old baby daughter with me to change address. I lightly knocked on the glass door to ask a question & there is a rude lady that saw me standing there with a carseat. Continued to work like I wasn't standing there so when I knocked again to ask a question she said rudely & yelled at me "WE'RE NOT OPEN!" can't even answer a question that I needed to ask, wouldn't even let me ask a question interrupted me saying "WE'RE NOT OPEN" I wouldn't even give this place a star really like i had a choice

People complain b/c they don't have perspective of a bigger city P.O. and can't tolerate a minor inconvenience, but I have like 3,000 Ebay feedback I'm not a rookie when it comes to mailing or receiving packages and this is the most pleasurable P.O. around.
