- BMBrandon McCoyFeb 5, 20261.0Good luck if you ever have to pick mail from here. The lady at the front was very rude. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She was dismissive when I told her that I had my package held at this location for pickup since it required a signature. She told me they didn't have the package without even looking for it. I told her I'd received emails reminding me to come pick it up. She told me USPS doesn't send emails or texts and that it was a scam. Which is just plainly false. Anyone can go on the official USPS website and sign up to receive emails. I don't understand how she works there and doesn't know this. Eventually another lady came over and found my package. Which was sitting on a rack behind the lady but she wouldn't look. Terrible customer service
