- LDLisa DavisNov 9, 20255.0I had 11 boxes shipping from Dickson TN to California. Three counter workers helped get them processed and sent on their way. I used the wrong address so they all came back. We did it again. Every box went both ways which was amazing, but the very best part was the friendly professionalism of the postal works in Dickson TN! They work hard to move our stuff around the country. Thank you!

I ended up having a package delivered and wasn’t given a key to the parcel box and they fixed the issue immediately. Will always recommend Dickson post office!

When contacting the post office they "haven't had any packages for you" is the response I get. Yet they deliver my neighbors mail to me. My mailbox is CLEARLY labeled with my address on the front and side of the box.
- VGVann GustyApr 21, 20231.0I have never been so disrespected by a government employee than the phone call I had with this store. The lady on the other end, ended up hanging up on me! Just because she "couldn't understand what I was asking". I guess it's hard for them to understand English. I've had nothing but issue after issue with this post office. If I would have known it was being delivered by usps, I would have requested another delivery service. I think they forget that they work for us, since our taxes pay for their paychecks.
