I've had bad experiences with other post offices (especially one in particular in Tucson AZ) but every time I come to the Dickson post office the people working here are so kind and friendly and helpful. And there is rarely a line because they're so fast and efficient.

Im sick of the lazy people they have working there. They have marked my mail undeliverable because they couldn't drive up to the mail box with the mail because the trash truck put the can a little to close to the box. 🤦

I used the wrong address so they all came back. We did it again. Every box went both ways which was amazing, but the very best part was the friendly professionalism of the postal works in Dickson TN! They work hard to move our stuff around the country. Thank you!

I ended up having a package delivered and wasn’t given a key to the parcel box and they fixed the issue immediately. Will always recommend Dickson post office!
