- ISIan ShawDec 23, 20241.0My package was "missent" - despite the address on the package being legally correct - to this post office in Delano (<15 min from my location) by Chattanooga's distribution center. By the time I saw this, it had already bounced around the state hours away from my location. Instead of making a simple phone call to the sender who could have contacted me (I could have easily picked it up asap), they wasted more of their time and money, and I still don't have my package. Additionally, when I told the lady that the item was essential for my health, she was completely indifferent and sounded annoyed that I had called. I understand it's a busy time of year, but show compassion. Own up when you or the company you represent makes a mistake & make it right. Four hours of being on the phone with the main USPS support line and DHL, and I still have no idea what they're doing with my package that was supposed to be delivered four days ago.
