- GCGeorge CorcoranOct 3, 20251.0My husband George is bedridden with no voice, total neck breather, and tube fed. I can't leave him. I spoke with the person at the office more than once the driver will not come down my driveway with packages. I've been here for 10 years and one driver actually did bring a package. It's not even an eighth of a mile round trip with more than enough room to turnaround. I told them that they could drop the package on the ground the cameras will let me know. It would take a total of maybe 2 mins to make the drive. UPS, FEDEX AND RESCUE don't have a problem what's their problem? I would pay the driver for their service. I have seen them drive up other driveways why not mine? I'm 74 and don't know anyone in the area. Most packages are medical supplies. Building is nice the workers are nice but the service is lousy. Clarkrange post office told me if I got a p.o. box with them they would bring my packages to the door. Problem with that is most medical supplies won't deliver to a PO box. I have asked them to refuse package deliveries and send them back and they said they have to hold them before they send them back. So much for much needed medical supplies. How they received 5 star rating is beyond me.
