- PHPaige HeltonApr 2, 20261.0they didn’t drop off my package because ‘they weren’t able to’, so i went to pick it up & they wouldn’t give it to me because i didn’t have a ‘pink slip’. i had the tracking number & proof it was our package, and they still refused. now we have to wait for a re-delivery for a very important package that we need. awful establishment & employees.

She raised her voice again as I was speaking and told me again, going to Knoxville!!!....I WILL be reporting her, I then expressed she didn't need to talk over me. My PO BOX is there but you'll send it to Knoxville, then back here?? The big company who owns this PO Box doesn't receive it, news for her I know people in higher ups.
