- AAAFeb 3, 20261.0I was sending out an important piece of mail and the address I was sending it to was PO Box at THIS post office at 11am this morning, and older women, glasses, shoulder length here tells me condescending it will be going to Knoxville,TN ...I then stated the address box is here! She raised her voice again as I was speaking and told me again, going to Knoxville!!!....I WILL be reporting her, I then expressed she didn't need to talk over me. My PO BOX is there but you'll send it to Knoxville, then back here?? The big company who owns this PO Box doesn't receive it, news for her I know people in higher ups.

- LWLisa WinkOct 17, 20251.0Im 62 years old- WORST PO ever. Horrid delivery, mail carrier doesn't even try to get mail to correct address. Our neighbors are constantly having to redeliver mail to each other - my 83 year old neighbor has received my mail 5 X in the last month. The real joke is that we have a one location locked box system, the carrier doesn't even have to travel home to home. Also I've lived in other gated communities, the excuse that the PO cannot enter to deliver packages is a bold faced lie. Laziest carrier ever.

And the carrier sucks at her job.. my grandkids are no joke in my book.. but she thinks it's ok yo just put a slip in mail box and leave when it says to deliver to door.. she is a waste of tax payer money and the service is crap.. it's like she pick who she will drop off too.. 5 years of dealing with her and when she isn't the one delivering mail gets delivered.. I se that as a problem.. if she isn't on the phone yelling at the person on the other end.. rude as hell.. all month she has been a problem.. if you people hate your job that much do something else. She was supposed to drop off 2 packages Saturday the 27th and it was raining so in stead she just put slip in box an drives off as my daughter went to the box ... she laugh at her and keep on driving.. sorry sorry sorry woman.... if you aren't standing there she drives off.. she is lasy and won't even try to let you know she is there. Just so she doesn't have to get out of the car.. Dandridge is the worst post office I have ever dealt with....
