Both times I had other things delivered and the items in question were not received. When I asked them about it, all they say is “we’re showing we delivered it”. Well, you didn’t deliver it to MY mailbox. And we’re talking about a bottle of shampoo and some fingernail polish. I have absolutely NO reason to make that up when I order thousands of dollars of products from Amazon. They frustrating part of it is the way I’ve been treated, like they don’t make mistakes. If I could have my mail come from another post office I would!
