He came home with my return items because some idiot that works there told him Staples has NEVER handled Amazon returns. Now I have to spend my gas money and my time to make an unnecessary second trip. You really need to fire the employees that don't want to do their jobs and hire people that will.

Out of the 3 employees there only 1 knew what he was doing but when we finally got him to help us he went to check someone else out and never came back. Neither of the front registers were open. The employee at the shipping dept. desk was not knowledgeable at all. We ended up leaving and buying elsewhere. Will not go there again….not a great customer friendly store at all.
