  I go in with about 7 .seperste.. for arguments sake 3x4 images that I copied on my inkjet. I needed them placed on a color laser printer placed on the glass so they would fit on either an 8. 5 x11 or legal paper and have the mirror image box "checked". This must have been some sort of brain teaser for the first tech because after about 7 min. she handed it off to another tech. He was pretty accommodating. Disappeared midstream to the back for around 7 minutes. Thought he was getting something related to me. Nope .. just came back and finished what he started. Nice enough guy... no sorry to keep you waiting sir but I don't expect much from people nowadays. Then he told me what I owed and I payed it. I wasn't feeling to groovy at that point so I was happy just to leave and grab my meds. Then I get home... look at the receipt... $5.00 " design " charge. What a crock.

  I had to ship the Spectrum equipment today via UPS and I went to the Crossville, TN store. Alyssa helped me out and was so efficient and nice!! She made sure I had my receipt to track the shipment to make sure the package made it back to Spectrum so I don't get charged for them. Thank you Alyssa for a quick trip in and out and love your personality and smile! 🥰

  I go in to UPS store to ship my grandbabies their Christmas gifts which was just a couple days before Christmas Eve. The gentleman that waited on me said that my gift would arrive around such and such time on Christmas Eve and I was like yeah right well it showed up on Christmas Eve my grandchildren were so excited thank you UPS store you are amazing!
