Girl today did not say one word to me. I was returning Amazon items and it was a chore for her to do. The female with the wild curly hair! Worst service ever and I seen how she spoke to others when they asked questions. If your team doesn’t want to do Amazon returns then stop being a returned agent! And hire people with personality. Customer service is a thing of the past. So so so bad.

When the Technician did get to me, he was able to put me at ease. He included me in all aspects of the transaction. What more could anyone ask for? Not my first visit to the Staples store and definitely will not be the last.
