They took my address and personal information and told me that they will deliver water to my house. They took my money and gave me an appointment. They kept pushing my appointment back without explanation or even telling me. I just saw the date move in the app. When my date came and went, I called. They apologized and promised it will be there in 24 hours. 24 hours came and went and I called again. After being on hold for over an hour, I was told they don't deliver to my address. They were quick to take my money and set me up for a service that I can't have, kept me waiting for over a month, and then said it could take up to 30 days to get my monet back. Ridiculous!
