- RBRichard BettsSep 10, 20151.0"No Change of Address" forms. That's the sign that was posted in Crossville Post Office. This is early September and the won't get "their allotment" of new ones until October. And they wonder way they are loosing business. All other businesses, even with allotments, have provisions to restock if a store runs out - it's customer driven. Wow, what a concept. Maybe "customer driven" is a secret in the USPS system. Of course you can change your address on line but they need a credit card to charge $1.05 for "security" reasons. What a rinky-dink outfit.
