They have no care for anyone or their mail, packages or anything they deliver. If there was a way to get the federal government in there to investigate them they should. The people inside the office are just as bad. None of them have any business working with the public let alone operating a postal service.
- AFAmanda FranklinOct 13, 20221.0I understand that they are short staffed but the level of unprofessional behavior on the part of the new mail carrier on my route is unbelievable. I see her make constant mistakes, as well as be condescending, but this office seems perfectly fine with her actions. I have never in my life seen a job cater to someone so much who obviously isn’t capable of doing the job effectively or efficiently. This office definitely needs to do at least one employee evaluation. So far the issues that have arisen are: 1. Mail carrier refuses to deliver to the mail boxes on my road that have existed in the same location for decades. 2. Mail carrier purposely spun tires on road one of the last times she did deliver my mail. 3. When I had to go to retrieve my mail, she was so busy handing it to me in a disheveled manner that she gave me a mail divider (which I went out of my way to return). 4.other residents of the road I live on have witnessed mail carrier making countless other mistakes/ issues. Update: was forced to rent a PO Box. Still, nothing but problems. Even when I have my packages sent here I have issues. I try to be fair when posting reviews, however, I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it’s a sorry excuse for a post office anymore. Update 3: I was slightly hopeful as this place has new management now. Well, best advice I can give you now is to for sure drive out of your way to other post offices if possible. All I needed this visit was to ship a package. My box (which was not large) just needed a little tape to seal the top, which I kindly asked for. I have never seen such a big deal made out of a tiny bit of tape in my life. I keep hoping that someone from corporate will see this and notice what poor choices are being made at this place of business. I hope customer service matters to someone out there.
