Surprised to see the negative reviews. I had a great experience during my time here so far. Staff is friendly. Always helpful if I need something. I do think they could use an extra drop box or 2 as they fill up pretty quickly during the holidays, and so I've had to reroute to another location to drop off a few times. But other than that, it's been great.

You need to fix your computers. Your customers shouldn't come in 15 minutes after you're open to find out that they'll have to wait another 30 minutes to ship one item because your system is an 800 year old piece of garbage! It's pathetic!

This place is an absolute joke. UPS and FedEx navigate my driveway at least once a week in their large trucks because I have an extra large driveway with plenty of room to turn around. For some reason, they hire drivers who clearly don’t know how to drive and can’t lift a box that weighs 20 pounds. This thing that delivers my mail, left a nasty note in my mailbox about somebody else needing to have their own mailbox and they were no longer delivering mail. Although this other person has a change of address that’s been in effect for 30 years. She also told me that I needed to supply a tote and plastic bags since they run out of them for them to put my packages in.
You call this post office and the so-called postmaster that comes to the phone is absolutely worthless and tries to yell over you while you’re expressing your concerns over not receiving mail and packages.
Nevermind the fact that everyone in the Corryton area is getting notices to raise their mailbox because their drivers clearly can’t drive and keep totaling vehicles. I’m sorry, that’s your responsibility! It’s not the responsibility of every Corryton homeowner to raise their mailbox to suit you because you all can’t drive.
