Consistent mismanagement of deliveries, coupled with a lack of accountability from staff, is unacceptable and undermines customer trust. It is crucial for postal services to maintain a high standard of service, and the behavior i have experienced reflects poorly on the operations at this location. I recommend everyone start documenting incidents and formally escalating our concerns to higher management or the postal regulatory authority to ensure that this matter is addressed appropriately. My own along with many others in the community’s experience should not be dismissed, and it is essential for the post office to take responsibility for their service failures. Marking packages as delivered and they’re at the wrong house or sitting at the pos office so we come get it because you’re short staffed without leaving a notice mail? This is Unacceptable. I’ll be escalating these issues. Ignorance and incompetence from government or like workers at its finest.
