This post office clearly has no understanding of the eBay Standard Envelope shipping program, even though it is USPS-approved and used by thousands of sellers every single day. Instead of processing my packages normally, they slapped “postage/format issue” stickers on multiple envelopes — all of which had valid eBay shipping labels — and returned the entire stack to me. Because of their mistake, I now have to open every envelope, repackage every order, reprint labels, and resend everything. That’s time, money, and materials wasted for no reason other than a complete lack of training. Here’s the frustrating part: eBay Standard Envelope labels do not require counter scanning and are specifically designed to go directly into the mail stream. Multiple USPS employees don’t seem to know this, and instead of asking or learning, they just reject the mail and hand it back. This location desperately needs basic training on modern USPS services, because right now they are actively causing sellers financial loss, delays for buyers, and unnecessary headaches for anyone using perfectly valid postage. Do better.
