- AKAshley KingFeb 12, 20261.0Fire the black lady with the long dreads with the gray hair. She is a monster and does not want a job. She is making the integrity of USPS go down. How many complaints does someone have to file before this person is released? I had trouble doing a change of address so I called customer service and they told me to go into the store. Got off work late and got in before 5:30pm. There was 2 people in front of me. Got to the register and told the lady I needed a change of address. She gave me a pamphlet and told me to do it online. I told her I had trouble and that customer service told me to come into the store. She said ma'am it's 5:31. I said I got here before 5:30. She said we are now closed. I said so even though I got here before 5:30 you are turning me away for a change of address. She said yes. I said ma'am what is your name. She said my name is Anne with a E at the end. I said this is ridiculous very calmly and said I would call customer service. She said yes make sure you call and tell them because we are now closed. To turn someone away that got in before 5:30 is insane. I saw a lady with a box but I didn't know she was struggling with picking the box up until she walked outside and she said the way that lady did you was horrible. She said that lady had a bad attitude with me as well and told me she couldn't give me any tape when I asked nor would she help me with my box. She said God don't like ugly. I said let's pray for her because I am not sure what she could be going through. Total inconvenience for me all the way around when customer service is telling me to come into the store and then she is telling me she can't help me and to do it online after I told her I was having issues online. Would hate to blame the whole USPS for her attitude but this was a poor experience. Everybody got busy lives. So everytime I get off work late and get there before 5:30 you mean to tell me I won't receive any assistance at all? Talk about the gas I wasted to even make it there.
