  Envío paquetes diariamente con Fedex pagando las coberturas de seguros , se pierden los paquetes o se los roban y no se hacen responsables, por más q hagas un reclamo te lo deniegan con falsas justificaciones y te evaden la responsabilidad . Si los llamas te transfieren la llamada por 5 departamentos y cada agente dice querer ayudarte y termina transfiriéndole la llamada a otro agente hasta q terminan diciéndote vuelve a llamar después de 1h y 30min en la llamada.Vas a la oficina a hacer el reporte personalmente y te dicen q tienes q llamar q no tienen ese servicio.Haces una apelación y te la ignoran porq no les importa pagar.Aqui le dejo la muestra y no les pongo la factura de envío asegurado , recibo del paquete entregado en sus oficinas , contenido del paquete y toda la información por respecto al cliente .

  I had a great experience at this FedEx Ship Center. The staff was professional, helpful, and quick to assist with my shipping needs. The location is easy to find, clean, and well-organized. I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled, and I’ll definitely be using this location again for future shipments.📦 🚚

  Fed Ex is THE WORST!!! On Thursday, June 12th, my son paid for an important document to ship to me overnight, to arrive by Friday, June 13th by 10:30am. The document was shipping from Memphis, TN to Sugar Hill, GA. The document never arrived. When I tracked the document, it was still at the Fed ex location in Memphis. I contacted Fed ex and was informed they didn't understand why it was still at the location. I explained to the representative that it was imperative that I received the document today because I was on a deadline. They advised that they were going to investigate and get back with me. No one ever called back. So I called Fed Ex again at 1:30pm and was told the document was on the way and should arrive by 5pm. Still no document. I called Fed Ex again and at this time, I was livid. I spoke with a supervisor in which she explained that I was given incorrect information and that my document will not arrive today. The document was STILL in Memphis. Why was it still in Memphis when my son paid for overnight service!! I was advised to give it until Monday so they can see what happened. Monday will be TOO LATE!! Why pay Fed Ex for overnight service when they can't provide the service you pay for??? Now I have to drive all the way to Memphis to retrieve the document myself!! I will NEVER use Fed Ex again and I will definitely inform everyone that I know not to use Fed Ex. Their service is HORRIBLE!!
