- AGAndres GuerraSep 4, 20251.0Envío paquetes diariamente con Fedex pagando las coberturas de seguros , se pierden los paquetes o se los roban y no se hacen responsables, por más q hagas un reclamo te lo deniegan con falsas justificaciones y te evaden la responsabilidad . Si los llamas te transfieren la llamada por 5 departamentos y cada agente dice querer ayudarte y termina transfiriéndole la llamada a otro agente hasta q terminan diciéndote vuelve a llamar después de 1h y 30min en la llamada.Vas a la oficina a hacer el reporte personalmente y te dicen q tienes q llamar q no tienen ese servicio.Haces una apelación y te la ignoran porq no les importa pagar.Aqui le dejo la muestra y no les pongo la factura de envío asegurado , recibo del paquete entregado en sus oficinas , contenido del paquete y toda la información por respecto al cliente .

Still got charged for an application that I highly doubt will be accepted… due to the double printed numbers and letters in the boxes and I was told that the printer just kept printing application incorrectly . Just horrible.
