    We went in to return an item from Amazon. In the past it has taken at most 5 minutes. Today as we walked in there was a SUPER aggressive employee, I’m assuming the manager, who aggressively announced that the store would be closing at 6:00. I said we just need to return this to Amazon. Again, he repeated with even more aggression, the store closes at 6:00!!!! I get it, I’ve worked in retail my whole life. I understand you want people out when it’s time to close. Here’s the thing though, why the aggression? why the attitude? If you are that miserable with your job, maybe you need to be washing dishes somewhere instead of working with the public. There is a way to address people with a friendly face and a courteous nature. And, if you are not going to be open until 6:00 allowing customers to utilize your services, close at 5:00 instead. However, if you are open until 6:00, be prepared to serve the community until 6:00! Hopefully upper management will see this and have a nice little attitude adjusting chat with this employee. Otherwise don’t expect to stay in business very long with this person being the one who is meeting your customers at the door. Oh! It took 4 minutes for our return and we were out the door. So really, what was the point with all the attitude and aggression?!

    They would not stand up for their product! After 30 days they wash their hands of everything even if the product never worked and HP customer service was unable to help! I advise against shopping here. I certainly will not be back in the store! Spread the word!

    Coaching Opportunity, On Dec 31, made a purchase of Laptop and added Tech Support. My experience on the floor with Seth was really solid. He was knowledgeable and patient as we talked through my options and pricing for what was available. We decided to pay the additional fee to have my data transferred by Tech Support. Seth began to ring up my purchase and was pulled away by a manager to help a long line of Amazon returns who were bogged down. Understandable...teamwork. My interaction Sean was a let down by comparison. It started with me complimenting his team (Seth) and how helpful he had been. Sean's response, "He ought to be, I trained him." Leadership trip point. He proceeded with checkout while communicating to get next steps from someone and eventually we concluded what ended up being two separate receipts. I would learn that was a problem. Days later I received a text from Seth stating might need to re-ring my purchase in store. Next day text support communicated my laptop was ready. (ahead of promised time!) When I arrived at store on Sunday January 4th the problem with my purchase was unraveled. Separate receipts meant I would not be guaranteed warranty on my laptop as the service was not connected by transaction number. Two young men worked diligently to find a work around to remedy. Seth and Jalen, both sincere and humble. Final outcome refund and start over, which they did for me with good attitude. Here's the bad news and disappointing news. My purchase of a business computer ending 2025 will not be a business expense for 25 as it was ultimately executed on 1-4-26. The disappointing news as a leadership and team building coach... I was never contacted by the manager who kind of made a mess of things. This is my first experience with this store as I recently moved to the area. Recent experiences in Cool Springs, TN had been all positive. Here is a coaching opportunity for someone, TDF 'Everything rises and falls on leadership.'
