I've been here since 2006 and this office does not do a good job. There was a time the post office in general was great. They lose mail, deliver when they want to, can't keep employees and really their attitude is they dont care. I think this should no longer be a federal agency. We have to call and get companies that mail our bills to get amounts because they dont arrive on time. Yes, I am old fashion! I'd be embarrassed to say I worked here. Fire them all. Worthless.

So sweet and helpful! I had to drop off about 15 packages and the blonde woman who helped us was incredibly helpful and kind. She even loaned us a cart! 10/10 💛

I went here today for a simple address change and to pick up packages … MS.BRANDI THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO BE RUDE AND REPEAT THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN ! When I was simply asking questions and I was going to ask for a pen and couldn’t even get it out !! I have autism and I function differently than other people !!! The fact that she had me so upset I was shaking !! And I even told her I was calm and there was no reason to get upset Her actions are horrendous !! And the way she acted was disgraceful!! Such a HORRIBLE WAY TO Represent the company !!!!

For the last 2 years, our mail carrier has changed (our previous mail carrier was wonderful and delivered mail consistently around the same time every morning) and now basically delivers mail whenever he feels like it, but never in the morning, mostly between 1-3 pm and he will deliver packages wherever he feels like but never on the front porch, mostly near our basement garage door in the rain. Now we got a noticed today through the post office app that our packages (small ones of medicine that fit in mail box) were out for delivery at 6am, but would be delivered sometime before 7pm. A couple of days ago another medicine package was delivered in our mail box at 7pm. I tried to complain to the postmaster and their response was they can do whatever they want and is convenient for them. We recently went on vacation for 3 weeks and placed a stop mail request for the day we left until the day we returned. They did not stop our mail the whole first week (we had to send another email to the post office asking why they did not stop our mail. They then stopped it for 6 days and then delivered the held mail for that week and started delivering the mail again to our mailbox a week before we came back. So I guess they really do mean that they will do whatever they want to do. I wish the US Postmaster General could see these reviews and would care about their customers enough to make some changes for the better, but when you send a complaint in, they just forward it to your local postmaster and give you no avenue to follow up nor do they monitor the postmaster responses or they just do not care. Never seen nor would have ever thought that the US Post Office would stoop so low with such shameful and rude behavior.
