My husband and my two kids drove all the way from north Nashville because the website said 8-9am passport we arrived at 7:45am and he said he already had 4 people and that’s it. This man working on April 10th in the AM in the front should be fired. He was the worst customer service person I’ve come across in a long time. If you don’t like people go work at a warehouse or somewhere where you don’t have interaction helping people.

I have difficulties and issues every time and one of the staff members is incredibly rude to my girlfriend every time we go in. Sitting there waiting to speak with two people behind the counter who are obviously to busy talking about drinking whiskey to acknowledge me and then when I finally get their attention the act as if I'm the issue for being there? I get people hate their jobs but that doesn't give you a right to be rude towards people.
