A special thank you to Mel, Morgan and the manager, Alan. They helped me with a rather complicated transaction and were able to build a custom box large enough to hold two D&D Dragon Trophy Plaques! Mel guided me through the process since it was a rather difficult ask on my part. Morgan exemplified customer service and the willingness to help. Alan created the custom box in less than 20 minutes! Insane customer service!
- HHH HowellMar 26, 20261.0Outrageous to charge for a strip of tape. You should be ashamed to be so brazen. I get that you're a for profit business, but you are also a service business. Customer service includes common courtesy without alienating your customers. My Amazon return package was one strip of tape shy of your standards and I was graciously told you can seal it for a fee. NO WAY! If you really want to earn business and customer respect you'd offer a complimentary mending station for minor package repairs. I'm sure the roll of tape I purchased down the street cost me more, but it's the principle of the situation. I was happy to give one of your neighbors my business, and I still have a massive roll of tape barely used. I will keep it with me just in case I am faced with your absurd policy in the future. OK, now you can leave you standard blah, blah, blah, response.

They feel my frustration with me, and they've been working really hard to solve it for me. Such great people!
