But I have to brag on two post office workers after today. The gentleman that answered the phone and the mail lady, Erin. Both couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Erin helped me figure out where my package was delivered last week and then she retrieved it and brought it to me! Thank you so much!

I've called them several times and they always have an excuse. "We're so understaffed," is the main one. My main complaint is the fact that my outgoing mail gets “lost in the shuffle!” I’ve had so many late charges on my credit cards because my check didn’t get there in time, that I’ve started calling the payment in. Today, I had to call on one for my husband because it got there 17 days AFTER he mailed it. SEVENTEEN DAYS! Thankfully, the credit card customer service always reimburses the late charge. I’m seriously planning on getting the contact information for the Postmaster General and sending a complaint to them.
