The poorly mannered African American lady working the desk will not help you even when you are in person within the time slot of 0730-0830. Showed 0 respect when I explained how I’m US Army Active with a rotation over seas coming up and they kicked me out with no regard to my needs of a passport. They do not respect your needs of service.
