    The line was super long for Christmas returns but maybe ver extremely quickly. The staff was very pleasant and even though I had messed up my Amazon returns, the assistant provided alternatives to me for paying and notating options. Extremely helpful and pleasant!

    The UPS store has necessarily gone through a lot of changes over the last five years. The volume has increased their business dramatically. It’s a great service to be able to drop Amazon returns off here. But I don’t like this location very much. There are a couple of friendly clerks, but overall, it’s way too mechanical and sterile… especially compared to other locations. I’ve been a regular at. It’s an abomination that I can’t leave USPS packages here also. This is a truly awful practice. What is common at other locations, they have treated as a hostile suggestion for two times I have inquired about it.
