    the store clerk was greeting as soon as I stepped into the door, ask if i needed any help and showed me a way of packing my item so its is secure and will can tell if it was tampered with. it was awesome to have someone like that on your team. Would highly recommend.

    The customer service is beyond wonderful! Every time I do business with them, they always remember my name and greet me with a smile. They do a great job at making you feel like they are there for you and that you are welcome. I couldn't speak highly enough to truly encapsulate their service!

    This is one of the best ups I have been to when it’s the holidays it gets busy but because people mail stuff out. But I highly recommend this ups.

    I brought an Amazon return (in its original box) to do a free return. Amazon pays for the label. To be told they are now charging $1 to tape your box. Not only is this inconvenient but beyond expensive. There is no reason you should charge someone that much for tape. I could see possibly 0.25 cents per box but $1?!? After 4 boxes your roll of tape is paid for. So tired of companies being so greedy.
